General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services provided by ALMPACT LTD ("AImpact"), registered in Cyprus, to its clients.

2. Services

AImpact provides AI Department solutions — specialized AI-powered business units consisting of multiple AI Agents. The specific scope of services is defined in individual service agreements.

3. Pricing and Payment

Services are billed according to the pricing agreed upon in the individual service agreement. This typically includes a one-time setup fee and recurring monthly fees per AI Agent.

4. Term and Termination

Service agreements have a minimum term as specified in the individual contract. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice to the end of the current term.

5. Data Protection

AImpact processes all data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. Details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

AImpact's liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These GTC are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Cyprus.
